The gym is the first stop for many kids.

Kids can do anything in the gym.

Make sure they get their kids a gym pass so they can be in a safe and supportive environment for their kids.
Be open to new ideas.
Kids learn best when they can experiment, and there are lots of fun and different ways to experiment in the pool or with their friends.
But it’s best to have a lot of fun with your first workout.
Go beyond the basics with more advanced fitness activities like cardio, yoga, and weight training.
Kids are naturally curious and they love a good challenge.
There are a lot more activities that you can do with your children at the park, in the playground, or in the yard.
Whether you want to have them do pushups, situps, or just jump in the water, there are plenty to do with them at home.
Set a challenge.
When you’re not in the shower or doing your workout, set a goal and let them decide whether they want to do a specific activity.
It might be a walk or run or a jump rope.
You can also set a timer and let your kids run through a series of simple exercises until they’re ready.
Show them how to play.
Kids love to play and learn.
They love to do their own little experiments, so show them how.
Make a fun game or activity for them so they’re engaged in it.
