“There are certain things that we all need to get into a routine that will help us be the best parent we can be,” said Laura Stacey, a registered dietitian who has two children, 3-year-old Ella and 7-year -old Jacob.
“For the baby, it will allow him to get enough sleep, eat healthy, get enough exercise and have a balanced schedule.”
Parents will also want to look at whether the baby will be able to handle the demands of a full-time job.
