In July, the Gold’s Gym was the first gym to open its doors to the public in the UK.
The gym’s owners, Paul and Louise Gold, are the founders of the Golds Gym Foundation.
Paul Gold is a former Olympic and Commonwealth gold medallist who also ran for parliament.
Louise Gold was a model before she became a model.
Paul and her husband, Andy, are passionate about fitness and were looking for a gym that would offer an escape from the stresses of everyday life.
They went through several companies before settling on the Gold.
They said: “We were not looking for an expensive gym or fancy gym equipment.
We wanted a simple and friendly gym that was just as accessible as the main gym at home.
We were also keen to find a place that was comfortable, warm and welcoming to anyone who was coming to the gym, whether they were just coming to work or for a business meeting.”
We thought that we could build this beautiful facility with the kind of equipment that we had and be able to make money from it.
“In January 2017, the facility opened, offering a gym where customers could perform their fitness workouts.
The Golds have since opened three other gym spaces, including one at their home in Harrow, Kent, and in Brighton, which they are now hoping to expand to five.
The pair say the gym was originally a very quiet space.
But it quickly grew to be a very popular place to come and work out with friends.
They also found the gym’s atmosphere helped them get better at the sport.
The couple said: We have a very small space and a very limited number of people that come in.
“We’ve been getting people to come over for breakfast, lunch and dinner and then just hang out and watch the sun set. “
It’s been a really good time for us and we’ve just had to keep going.” “

The Gold’s said the first customers have been welcomed with open arms, and they have been working hard to get the facilities up to scratch.
They hope the space can grow in the future to allow other members of the community to join them.
Paul said: The gym has been quite successful and now we’re trying to find ways to get bigger and bigger.
It was a really big success.
We have about 300 people in our gym now and we have about 100 more coming.
“I think people are really excited about the gym and I think that’s because we’ve been able to take a big leap forward in the past year and we can continue to make this a success for the future.”
The couple also recently opened a new gym in London, the London Golds, which has a capacity of 150.
Paul added: We’ve had some really nice people come to see us.
We’ve also had some people that came over for a day and they’ve been really friendly and they all want to come back and we really want to give them a chance.
“There’s some people who have come over on a Saturday morning for a few hours and they were really nice to us and they really enjoyed the gym.”
A lot of people have come in and we’ll have a new group of people come in for a month, a year or two, so it’s very much in the works.
“The gym is located at 6 Old St Mary’s Road, Harrow.
There is no fee for membership, although the gym does accept donations of gym equipment, food, drinks and equipment for other uses.
The owners have a dedicated Facebook page for the gym which includes the following tips: If you’ve been a customer at the Gold and Golds for a while, we’d love to see a video from you that gives us your feedback about how you use your gym.
We’d love for you to share your experiences with us so we can hear from you and if you’ve enjoyed the experience, we want to hear from others who might have also enjoyed the same experience.””
If you’ve got any comments about your experience, feel free to post them on the comments section.
