Walmart Home gym customers are complaining to the company that their customers are being asked to pay more for their services, the retailer’s CEO told investors on Wednesday.
In an interview with investors, Michael Duke said Walmart Home is doing a poor job of managing customer expectations.
“Walmart Home is getting more and more of our customers, it is a little bit of a struggle,” Duke said.
“But I think they’re going to get better.”
Walmart said in September that it was exploring options to improve customer service, including offering incentives for customers to switch to its other brands.
Walmart also said it was developing a new brand to help compete with rivals.
